How and when will my order be delivered?
All UK orders are shipped to you via a Royal Mail fully tracked service. This means you have all the following benefits:

✔️ SMS or email notifications to recipients*
✔️ Aims to deliver in two to three working days
✔️ Change your delivery options before delivery is attempted
We always aim to dispatch your order the same working day as your purchase date Monday-Friday (This may be affected over Bank Holidays)
95% of orders are received by the customer the very next working day after dispatch but please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.Larger items will be shipped via Parcel Force and may require a signature
All 12kg dry dog food orders are sent via DPD 48 hour service. Extended delivery times apply to Islands and Highland areas.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. This is calculated in your basket and checkout. All Dog & Field Dog Food is delivered FREE when order 2+ bags. All UK mainland orders over £100 are also delivered FREE.
* Single bag orders of 12kg Dog & Field dog food incur a delivery charge of £6.50. Add a 2nd bag to your basket to take advantage of Free Delivery and Multi-Buy discounts and free delivery.
We also have a European webshop based in The Netherlands, so any orders from European countries can order direct from www.dogandfieldeu.nl
We can ship to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, however there are certain products we are unable to ship including food and treats, pistols and blanks. Standard shipping fees apply, please contact us for a quote.

What is your returns policy?
We always hope you will be pleased with your Dog & Field purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
When you receive your delivery, please check everything is in the package you ordered. Please advise us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is anything missing or damaged
We will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 30 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of goods that are in re-saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you ask for proof of postage; we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
All items must be returned as new and with all packaging / labels still attached. Simply post your goods back to us, enclosing a note with your order number, full name, postal address, contact number and reason for the return, or exchange.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately via phone or email and we will advise you how to proceed.
We do not accept responsibility for items that have become defective through misuse or abuse. For example – If your dog has chewed the item.

I’m a new customer, do you have any offers?
We have a 10% discount for all new customers. Simply enter ‘welcome10’ at checkout to receive the discount. We also have offers running all of the time. Just check the homepage for latest deals.
Loyalty Scheme
How soon will my points be added to my account after my purchase?
Points will be registered on your account within 24 hours after order dispatch.
How can I become a loyalty scheme member?
It’s easy and complimentary to join! Simply tick the “create account” box when checking out your next purchase. If you already have an account with us, your loyalty program has already been set up.
What other benefits does Dog & Field’s loyalty membership give me?
As well as earning 1 point for every £1 spent, you will also receive:

- Invitations to exclusive events and competitions.
How do I access my loyalty point details?
Everything is stored within your My Account page on our website. Here you can view and amend any personal details and addresses as well as view and manage your Loyalty Points.
Can I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, you can earn points on all your purchases made dogandfield.co.uk. Points for online purchases are applied to your account within 24 hours after your order is dispatched. You can collect your points and redeem your credits against any product store-wide with the exemption of our 12kg dog food as we already offer some pretty cool multi-buy discounts across our dry dog food range for you to take advantage of.
How many points will I earn?
You will collect 1 point for every £1 you spend. For example, if you spend £100 , you will receive 100 points.
How much do I need to spend to receive a reward?
Every pound you spend gives you 1 loyalty point. 50 points earns you £2.50, 100 Points earns you £5 etc worth of store credit, and this can be redeemed and spent any time you like.
How can I keep track of how many points/rewards I’ve earned?
Log into your online account and navigate to your My Points section.
How long are my points valid for?
Your points will expire after 12 months.
Is the Loyalty Scheme available to Trade customers?
Afraid not. As a trade customer you already haver your own set of discounts. Our Loyalty Scheme is only available to retail customers.
Wholesale Customers
What are the Wholesale Terms and Conditions?
Wholesale accounts are available to qualifying customers. You will need to be a UK registered company and have a Company House registration number, or a Kennel Club registered Gundog Club or Association.
Each Wholesale account application will be assessed on an individual basis, and additional information may be requested.
Upon being granted a Wholesale account the following Terms and Conditions apply
£250 ex VAT minimum spend
60 bag minimum quality of working dog food orders
All orders are subject to VAT
Products/Goods always remain the property of Dog & Field until goods/products have been paid for in full.
Orders are taken online on a pro forma basses – meaning payment at the time of ordering is required.
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Dog & Field. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Dog & Field to use any item displayed. However, some documents and photos have been published on this site with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not Dog & Field). All rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners (the sources are indicated within these documents/photographs).
You may be granted permission to the use of copyright protected media, but this content remains the property off Dog & Field and permission may be withdrawn at any time.
