How and when will my order be delivered?

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the purchase date Monday-Friday (This may be affected over Bank Holidays)

95% of orders are received by the customer the very next working day after dispatch but please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.

Larger and more expensive item will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.

All 12kg dry dog food orders are sent via DPD 48 hour service. Extended delivery times apply to Islands and Highland areas.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. This is calculated in your basket and checkout. All Dog & Field Dog Food is delivered FREE, with the exception of Keeper’s Complete which is only available as a click and collect order due to the highly competitive pricing. All UK mainland orders over £100 are also delivered FREE.

* Single bag orders of 12kg Dog & Field dog food incur a delivery charge of £6.50. Add a 2nd bag to your basket to take advantage of Free Delivery and Multi-Buy discounts.

We also ship to Europe, USA and Canada, however there are certain products we are unable to ship including food and treats, pistols and blanks. Standard shipping fees apply, which you can see by entering the delivery address in your basket and checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We always hope you will be pleased with your Dog & Field purchase however, in the unlikely event that you are not happy we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee.

When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered. Please advise us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is anything missing or damaged. In the event of you wishing to swap an item due to ordering the wrong item then please contact us. We will always be accommodating and will do everything we can to help you.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled but can be returned for a refund.

When returning an item it is advised to obtain proof of postage or send by a signed for service where possible.

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.

We do not accept responsibility for items that have become defective through misuse or abuse.

It is the buyers responsibility for return postage.

Can I collect my order from your shop?

Yes, definitely. Just place your order online and select the Click & Collect delivery option. You can then pop into our shop in Harringworth to collect your order. Please print out a copy of your order or show the order on your phone when you collect.

I'm a new customer, do you have any offers?

We have a 10% discount for all new customers. Simply enter ‘welcome10’ at checkout to receive the discount. We also have offers running all of the time. Just check the homepage for latest deals.
